All our Internet Payments are accepted through Pay Pal's encrypted payment system.  We accept MasterCard or Visa Credit Cards through Pay Pal.  International Orders are welcomed if payments are made through Pay Pal.

We cannot accept Personal Checks from International Customers, but we will accept International Money Orders.  All prices are in U.S. dollars.

A special handling charge of $5.00 is assessed on all orders of our Web Design Packages only.

We offer 2 payment options for our Web Design Packages:

	Full Payment - pay the full amount of the design package choice
	EZ Pay - pay half the cost of your chosen Web Design Package and pay the remainder once you have approved your site content.  You will only be charged the $5.00 special handling charge once, this will be done on your first initial payment.  Uploading of entire site and contents will be achieved once complete payment has been received in our Pay Pal Account.

All other Web Design Package Extras are payable at time of purchase.

When sending Mail Order Form, please be sure to enter all appropriate information.  All areas with * is required.  A Handling Charge of $5.00 is added to all Mail Order Customers.  If paying by Personal Check, make sure to enter your Bank Phone Number to help expedite the process of your order.  You will be notified by email once your bank has confirmed availability of funds.

A charge of $30 will be assessed for Returned or Insufficient Checks.

Cancellation of Service rendered:

Due to the intense graphics creation and formatting created for each customer, Creative Junction will refund customers on the following basis.

• Within 48 hours of customer paying their Web Design Package.  You will get a full refund, less handling charge and the transaction fee created by Pay Pal of 2.2% + .30¢ of your payment, if payment was made through Pay Pal.  If payment was made by Personal Check or money order, full refund will be made via Money Order, less handling charge.

• Once the Web Design Package has been created, customer has filled out all the proper Web Design Information Form and is not satisfied with the initial graphics creation.  Creative Junction will refund 50% of initial payment of Web Design Package and full refund on any web design extra purchases, less handling charge and the transaction fee created by Pay Pal of 2.2% + .30¢ of your payment, if payment was made through Pay Pal.  If payment was made by Personal Check or money order, 50% of initial payment of Web Design Package and full refund on any web design extra purchases will be made via Money Order, less handling charge.

• Absolutely no refunds once the initial graphics creation has been approved!  We can make any changes to layout and contents prior to your site being uploaded to the internet.  Your site will not be deemed completed until you have approved the final creation of your site.
