Terms of Service
This outlines our Terms of Service for both Web Design Packages and Membership to the Crafters Market Place. Please read carefully.
Creative Junction will create and design your website include all features that have been purchased and dictated by each package content as well as any other web extra additional purchase in regards to web design.
Creative Junction will create entry page and any necessary graphics, abide by the guidelines as stated for advertisement in our Crafter's Market Place.
Creative Junction will create and design your website according to your preference. A sample must meet with your approval at the onset of first preview and designs meet your approval prior to continuing any other creation of your adjacent pages.
Creative Junction will abide by your web page design vision, but will make suggestions where necessary. Each site denotes the capabilities of Creative Junction and suggestions may be necessary to assure that your website is created with the presence of professionalism.
Creative Junction will create the necessary graphics using a portion or all of your product combined with graphics designed and created by Creative Junction. Including your product graphics to create your site presence will assure the correct representation and uniqueness of your site.
Creative Junction will create specifically to meet the customers needs and vision and will install a link to our website and a "created by" graphics at the bottom of each website page that is created by Creative Junction.
Creative Junction will submit your site to 160 search engines, both major and minor and create the necessary meta tags, that matches each site content to assure higher placement in the search engines. However, Creative Junction is not liable for any lack of sales or visits of your e-commerce site.
Creative Junction will insert your product information, create your shopping cart if it is part of your package, but will not be liable for any contents if you do not relay the mistakes prior to uploading of your completed site to the internet. Creative Junction will create a preview area where you will be able to see, check and accept or make corrections as necessary. All information you provide will be entered.
Creative Junction reserves the right to rewrite or add some text content of each page in order to utilize the functionality of the meta tags which is necessary for search engine submissions. You will be able to view the addition if any upon preview.
Creative Junction will require payment prior to start of any creation for your website. We offer an EZ payment for all web design packages. The creation of your web page will commence once payment has been received and once you have completed the necessary forms that will help Creative Junction create your website.
Creative Junction will not be held liable if the web design is not completed at your desired page or delayed, if you do not complete the web design information forms, if you do not provide all the necessary information, if you do not respond in a timely matter to email messages, if there is a service interruption of our service which is beyond our control or if there is any program malfunction that needs to be corrected. The latter two will deem it necessary for Creative Junction to notify you of such occurrences unless it is totally beyond our control to send said notice prior to it occurring.
Photo Enhancements are done with the pictures of products that is sent. Creative Junction will do the utmost using various programs to enhance your final images inserted in your catalogs. However, we cannot be held liable for photos that have been turned in that are out of focus, product blocked or cut off and not taken in it's entirety, photos taken of product with more background than image of product and not taking the picture as emphasized in "Hot to Take your Product Photos" segment. We reserve the right to return your photo(s) of product(s) if too much time is required to make sure that your final image is web ready. An attempt will be made if such an incident occurs. If you do not respond within 24 hours after message has been sent, the photo will be used to the best of our graphical enhancement abilities and will not be re-done, reformatted or re-worked. Additional cost will apply at the discretion of Creative Junction.
Cancellation of Service rendered:
Due to the intense graphics creation and formatting created for each customer, Creative Junction will refund customers on the following basis.
Within 48 hours of customer paying their Web Design Package. You will get a full refund, less handling charge and the transaction fee created by Pay Pal of 2.2% + .30¢ of your payment, if payment was made through Pay Pal. If payment was made by Personal Check or money order, full refund will be made via Money Order, less handling charge.
Once the Web Design Package has been started, customer has filled out all the proper Web Design Information Form and is not satisfied with the initial graphics creation. Creative Junction will refund 50% of initial payment of Web Design Package and full refund on any web design extra purchases, less handling charge and the transaction fee created by Pay Pal of 2.2% + .30¢ of your payment, if payment was made through Pay Pal. If payment was made by Personal Check or money order, 50% of initial payment of Web Design Package and full refund on any web design extra purchases will be made via Money Order, less handling charge.
Absolutely no refunds once the initial graphics creation has been approved! We can make any changes to layout and contents prior to your site being uploaded to the internet. Your site will not be deemed completed until you have approved the final creation of your site.
Crafters Market Place Customer Satisfaction: No representations or warranties either expressed or implied are made by Creative Junction as to the accuracy of the information provided by merchants on our network or with respect to the suitability, usability, feasibility, merchantability, or condition of any products, property, or information sold through our system. Order fulfillment and the honoring of any warranties expressed or implied are the sole obligation of the Merchant from whom you are making this purchase. In the interest of good business practice we are indeed concerned about your satisfaction with the Merchants using our services. All Merchants are responsible for their site contents as well as customer service. Creative Junction will in no form be held liable for any warranties, merchantability or conditions of products that are on any of the web sites created for our clients.
All Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their site data prior to final upload of their web site. Your approval will be require and you must go through every page that was created for your site, read through, advise of corrections and approve. Once the website contents and layout has been approved by client, Creative Junction will not be held liable for any incorrect data. We will not make any other changes with the exceptions of counters, guest book and links to other site utilities that are not working properly. We will not make any other changes to your site content if there are any errors once your site has been given approval and has been uploaded to your site directory aside from the exceptions as stated.
Crafters Market Place clients are responsible for making payments as stated, inform of any late payments and make any arrangements. If these terms are not met, all contractual agreement in regards to that which was stipulated will cease and desist, all website components deleted. You will be notified 2 days prior to your site being deleted from the internet.
Crafters Market Place clients: Will receive compilation of data in regards to site utilities with the exception of the username and password of the website. Creative Junction creates your site in a Mall format and does site maintenance. We reserve the right to enter and connect to your website and forego sending you information in regards to accessing your site directory until such time, that you wish to cancel your membership with Creative Junction.
Shopping Cart programs and site utilities are not owned by nor are the providers affiliated to Creative Junction. Ensuing fees after your site is uploaded may occur if the provider should decide to change their "free to use" policy to a paid format. Creative Junction is not liable for any future fees that should arise nor do we claim to know if providers will decide to change their criteria for use of these utilities.
Site Submissions by Creative Junction consist of submitting your site to major and minor search engines. Creative Junction will submit your site but will not guarantee that your site will be cataloged or listed immediately. Listings on search engines differ greatly and may take one week to 1 month before you see your site listed in the search engines.
Classified Advertisement will occur immediately or 1 to 2 days after purchase. Creative Junction will submit Classified Ads for clients that order this package.
Web Ring Site activation depends on the Ring Masters of each ring and how they are set up for site activation. Creative Junction will create each web ring fragments according to your site color theme when possible.
Outages and downtimes are possible with the use of free providers and is beyond the control of Creative Junction. Providers at times will do maintenance on their site and may or may not warn members. Loss of site contents and possible code distortion may occur on your site. Creative Junction will make appropriate minor adjustments necessary with the exception of major site tune ups that may occur due to outages and downtimes by providers. Additional cost may incur if major tune-up is necessary on your site or incur the original set up fee for Crafters Market Place clients. Web Design Package clients is not covered by this condition unless a site maintenance plan is purchased. Major tune up of any Web Design Package will incur additional charges depending on the amount of work it will take to put the site back to it's original form.
File back up. All Crafters Market Place clients will have a back up diskette for current contents only. All site maintenance clients will have their website backed up on diskettes. File Back up are the property of Creative Junction. Should client decide to cancel relations with Creative Junction, the diskettes can be purchased for a fee.

Shopping Carts Programs - The shopping cart programs that are used to create your site is not affiliated with Creative Junction. The use of Mal's Ecommerce, Pay Pal, HTML/Javascript and PHP Shopping Carts are for the purpose of creating your site only. These programs are advertised as Free programs. However, Creative Junction will not be liable for any charges due to the use of these programs should the provider decide to change there "Free to Use" criteria. We do not charge you for the use of any of these shopping cart programs, we only charge for the configuration of the shopping cart as well as the web page and graphics designs for your Ecommerce Site. Creative Junction does not claim to have any rights to these shopping carts, nor do we receive any monetary supplement for using them.
Other Site Utilities: The providers that are used to acquire other site utilities for your site to include, Guest Book, Counters, polls, etc . . are free at the time of registration. However, Creative Junction is not liable for any charges that the provider may decide to charge if they change their "Free Membership" criteria. We only register for these site utilities and install the codings to your pages and make sure that they function properly when your site is uploaded to the internet. Creative Junction does not claim to have any rights to these shopping carts, nor do we receive any monetary supplement for using them.
Creative Junction Email Account: Your Creative Junction Email Account is free, it is sponsored by ZZN.com and provided by Creative Junction for your use and for the use of registering your site utilities. Please note: The use of the Creative Junction Email when you first sign-up for it, is for registration purposes and the account will be used by Creative Junction for this purpose. Please refrain from using the email account until your site is completed. The reason for this is due to the fact that we will need to gain entry to the account for retrieval of necessary data in regards to your accounts. Your use of it during this process may endanger the loss of important data should you accidentally delete any messages that is sent to the account when your site is being created. When your site is completed and uploaded to the internet, we suggest that you change your password. Creative Junction will not need to enter your email account again for any purpose.
Special Effect Scripts: We do not lay claim of ownership nor do we attempt to claim creation of any of the Special Effect Scripts. The purchase of any of these special effects entitles the purchaser to Creative Junction installing and configuring the scripts to meet each clients criteria. We do not charge for the use of the scripts, only for the installation and the configuration. The scripts site or creator will be credited on the page the the script is used.
EZ Pay plans - Creative Junction will bill clients who choose to take advantage of our EZ Pay plans once client approves completed site. Compilation of data and account information will not be forwarded and special codings on websites will not be removed until the payment request transaction of the final portion of the EZ Pay plan has been completed.
Special Handling Charge is a mandatory addition to all Web Design Package purchase and is not refundable.
Creative Junction reserves the right to decline clients whose site contents depict adult x-rated contents, deemed to be from copyright materials, propagate hate and anti-Semitism, child pornography, or any contents that contain vulgar or anti-Christian contents.
Crafter's Market Place free advertisement clients must meet and uphold criteria in order to continue Free Advertisement and waive fees for participation in the Crafter's Market Place.
All clients are responsible for reading our terms of services prior to purchase of any of our services. We will not be held liable for any misunderstandings that may be created if client does not take the time to read the terms of service. We will assume that clients have read and agreed to the terms of service regardless of whether client signs terms of service agreement once a purchase has been transmitted. Reminders to read our terms of services will be sent to clients after purchase of any of our services. Reminders are readily available throughout our site contents and is noted on the index page of our Service website prior to any package purchase.
Graphics created by Creative Junction for Web Design Packages with the exception of the members of the Crafter's Market Place will become the property of the client that which the graphics were created for. Crafter's Market Place members, may choose to purchase their graphics for a fee upon cancellation of their membership.
Creative Junction designed by links must not be deleted by Ecommerce Owner's that have purchased Web Design Packages, unless the said owner should choose to have the site recreated by another web designing company. However, the use of the graphics that were created by Creative Junction if used in the recreated or reformatted web site must give credit of graphics creation to Creative Junction, either on the same page that the graphics is used or on a credit acknowledgement page. This will ensure that the graphics will not become public domain.
Use of free graphics to create each ecommerce site, may at times be necessary to facilitate the clients graphics theme. Graphics that are used and not created by Creative Junction are deemed public domain and copyright and watermark checks are made prior to using any free for public domain use graphics, before graphics are inserted to any ecommerce sites created by Creative Junction. Graphics that clients send to Creative Junction for the purpose of adding to or enhancing their site will be assumed as being retrieved from public domain free graphics sites. We will not be held liable for the insertion of graphics that customers have sent to Creative Junction for insertion to any ecommerce site. Client is responsible for any repercussions that is created due to the insertion of graphics that are sent to Creative Junction to any ecommerce site. Creative Junction, will use watermark graphics programs to read any graphics that is said to have come from public domain free graphics sites. We reserve the right to decline graphics if we deem that the graphics sent did not come from a public domain free for use graphics site.
